Role Description The Sales Associate role at KAZE GROUP is a full-time, on-site position based in Damansara. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing customers, presenting takaful products and services, and guiding customers through the enrollment process. The Sales Associate will follow up on leads, maintain accurate customer records, and work closely with the team to meet individual and group sales targets. This role also involves participating in promotional activities, understanding customer needs, and providing clear, ethical information about available solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers and build long-term relationships.
• Sales, customer service, and negotiation skills with the ability to meet targets in a structured, goal-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of financial or insurance products; prior experience in takaful, insurance, or banking is an advantage.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and documentation accurately.
• Comfort with using office software, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms to manage customer information and sales activities.
• Ability to work on-site in Damansara, collaborate effectively with team members, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Integrity, professionalism, and a strong customer-focused mindset aligned with the values of the takaful industry.
