Role Description

Zeve is looking for a proactive and commercially minded Marketing Executive to support the execution and performance of our marketing activities across retail stores and e-commerce channels.

This role combines campaign coordination, sales reporting and marketing operations, working closely with Creative, E-commerce, Social Media, Retail and Merchandising teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and update daily, weekly and monthly sales reports across retail stores, Shopify, Shopee and TikTok Shop.
• Track sales performance against targets and highlight shortfalls or areas requiring action.
• Monitor best-selling and slow-moving products, revenue, AOV and UPT.
• Prepare sales dashboards, campaign reports and post-campaign performance analysis.
• Coordinate POSM, marketing materials, deliveries and installations across retail stores.
• Brief store teams on campaigns, featured products, promotions and key selling points.
• Support store activations, product launches, promotions and events.
• Coordinate campaign timelines with Creative, E-commerce, Social Media and Retail teams.
• Ensure campaigns and marketing materials are launched on time across stores, website and marketplaces.
• Organise campaign briefs, reports, documents and marketing assets.
• Coordinate with Retail Operations, E-commerce, Merchandising, vendors and relevant partners.
• Track marketing expenses and maintain accurate budget records.
• Support Zeve loyalty programmes and member communications.
• Assist with influencer, PR, partnership, content and social media coordination when required.
• Handle ad-hoc marketing projects based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, retail, fashion or e-commerce are also encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong coordination, organisation and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with sales data, reports and spreadsheets.
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
