About the Role

Job Purpose

• The Support Engineer will be responsible for providing application support, maintenance, and enhancement forenterprise systems supporting Property Development, Property Sales, Finance, e-Invoice apps and Operations.

• The role ensures that business applications operate efficiently, enabling smooth business transactions, processautomation, reporting, and data analysis while maintaining system stability and service quality.

• The engineer will work closely with business users, internal IT teams, and vendors to support ongoing operations andproject initiatives.

Responsibilities

Application Support & Maintenance

• Provide functional and technical support for enterprise applications including:
• IFCA Net
• IFCA Mail
• RPA / UiPath automation
• Talend
• ABBYY FlexiCapture
• i-Residential
• CSS system
• Monitor system performance and ensure application availability and reliability.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues within agreed SLA.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose long-term solutions.

Business Application Support

• Support applications used by business units including:
• Property Sales
• Cash Management
• Property Development
• General Ledger
• Fixed Asset
• Rental Management
• Residential Management
