Job Overview
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to support the security and reliability of our IT environment. The role will work closely with IT and business teams to monitor systems, review security events, support access controls, and help maintain appropriate security practices across business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor IT systems and security events for unusual or potentially unauthorised activity.
• Support the review and investigation of security alerts and incidents.
• Assist with user access management, account reviews, and security-related requests.
• Maintain security records, reports, and documentation.
• Support vulnerability assessments and follow up on identified issues.
• Assist with endpoint, network, and application security activities.
• Work with internal IT teams to improve system security and operational processes.
• Support security updates, configuration reviews, and routine technology checks.
• Assist with incident response activities and maintain appropriate records of findings and actions taken.
• Promote good security practices across internal users and business teams.
• Keep up to date with relevant cybersecurity practices, technologies, and industry developments.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience in cybersecurity, IT security, systems administration, or a related technology role is preferred.
• Basic understanding of network security, endpoint protection, access controls, and security monitoring.
• Familiarity with common security concepts and IT operational processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications will be an advantage.
