Job Description

• To liaise with client representatives on workers registrations and arrangements of workers to attend Site Safety Induction courses including document preparation.
• To conduct/arrange Safety Inductions courses for workers at site.
• To ensure workers’ passport, working permit, CIDB or any other necessary documents are always valid to work at site.
• To conduct Safety Toolbox Meeting and Pre-Task Talk for workers at site.
• To conduct/attend Safety Walkabout to identify safety hazards at site. All the identified hazards shall be attended and recorded.
• To attend/conduct Safety Meetings at site.
• To ensure all the safety requirements complied by everyone at site.
• To ensure workers are working in safe and healthy condition.
• To ensure all equipment/machinery are complying to safety requirement and safe to be used.
• To coordinate with site team conducting housekeeping activity to ensure site cleanliness and tidiness.
• To monitor daily manpower records by aliasing site admin personnel.
• To enforce and monitor documentation according to PC Installation & Contracting OHSAS 18001:2007 standards.
• To participate in Safety Committee Meetings.
• Planning, coordinating and data review as well as corrective action planning for health, safety & environment monitoring.
• To prepare Safety Reports, Job Safety Analysis, HIRADC, lifting plan etc.
• To ensure workers are being briefed and working accordingly to the Job Safety Analysis and HIRADC.
• To notify superior if there is any urgent or emergency in site if necessary.
• To involve in incident investigation if there is any incident at site.
• Accept other management or immediate superior’s directions.
• Perform all other duties as assigned that reasonably relate to regularly assigned duties.
• Promote a positive safety culture and continuously improve workplace safety performance.

Requirements:

• Must obtained Competency License Yellow Book in Occupational Health and Safety by DOSH (JKKP)
• Minimum 2 years Health and Safety field experience
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Ability to demonstrate the application of risk assessment to company operations and activities.
• Good physical condition
• Ability to travel

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
