Job summary

The Sales Executive for the Life Science & Analytical Division is responsible for promoting and selling analytical products and solutions to customers within the assigned territory or industry. This role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets while supporting the company's growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory or market segment.
• Promote and sell analytical instruments, laboratory equipment, or related solutions to clients.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and solution guidance to customers in collaboration with application specialists.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the division.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer updates to management.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.

Job requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Applied Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum fresh graduate in related field or 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in life science & analytical instruments, or laboratory solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and proactive in identifying solutions for clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to understand technical product specifications and communicate effectively.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
