Handle all post-contract quantity surveying duties, including interim payment applications, cost estimations, site measurements, and final account settlements
Monitor project cash flow, maintain strict cost controls, and prepare financial budget reports and forecasts
Prepare subcontract documents, manage subcontractor payments and claims, and settle subcontract final accounts
Coordinate closely with site teams to capture variations and temporary works, proactively flagging cost-related issues to ensure effective cost control
Assist in collecting and compiling site records and substantiating documentation for contractual claims
Job Requirements
Corporate Member of HKIS in the Quantity Surveying Division, or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering projects
Experience in the administration and use of NEC ECC contracts is an advantage
Accredited NEC Project Manager qualification is an advantage
Proactive, outgoing, and self-motivated with strong initiative
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
