• To implement control system and project development to operate efficiently
• To expedite software programming according to schedule
• Monitoring process interlocking based on production/process requirement
• Trouble-shoot automation system breakdown after office hour (on-call basis), by coordinating with production and electrical department to identify and rectify problem
• Execute PLC software and hardware maintenance to minimize downtime of plant and ensure system safety
• To monitor procurement of PLC parts and verify parts are well received and tested including maintaining spare parts item at set minimum level
• Setting and configuration of new PLC parts, and liaise with other department during commissioning
• Compilation and documentation on tested program and data
• Familiar with PLC Ladder Diagram
• General Knowledge in Scada System, Automation System and Aallen-bradley PLC (Advance)
• Programming is an advantage.
• To perform any jobs for task related as requested by superior

Job Requirement

• Minimum qualification Diploma or Degree in Mechatronic/ Electrical/ Automation.
• At least with 1 - 2 years experiences in PLC Automation Programming & PC maintenance.
• Fresh Graduate encourage to apply.
• Required skills : Plan, organize & monitor Automation System set up for project. Develop & modify process software programming according to user requirement.
• Willing to work at Pulau Indah, Selangor
• Must possessed own transport and valid driving license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
