Job Responsibilities

• Support the development and enhancement of new and existing products.
• Carry out product testing, inspection and performance evaluation.
• Assist in identifying and resolving product and production-related issues.
• Prepare, update and organize R&D reports, records and technical documents.
• Support product trials, sample preparation and process improvement activities.
• Coordinate with Production, QC and other relevant departments.
• Assist in exploring new materials, technologies and product development opportunities.
• Perform other duties and R&D activities assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of product development, testing and evaluation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to learn, adapt and work effectively in a team.
• Good communication, reporting and documentation skills.
