Job Description:

• To handle Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR) and customer billing.
• Experience in all kinds of billing is compulsory, preferably in Logistics/Warehousing industry.
• Check/Verify supplier/customer invoices and update them to the accounting system on a daily basis.
• Process and monitor the payment cycle.
• Process and update journal entry and claims.
• Update and check the collection from AR.
• Process customer billing on a monthly basis.
• Ensure proper, timely and accurate filling.
• Perform AP reconciliation.
• Basic SST knowledge.
• Perform and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirement:

• Candidates must possess at least LCCI/CAT/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance-General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Excellent in both written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Familiar with ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
