Position Title: Account Executive

Location: Kinrara Niaga, Bandar Kinrara, Selangor

Position Level: Junior / Entry Level

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Administrative

• Prepare monthly bank, sales, and account reconciliations accurately and on schedule.
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, entries into the accounting software, and filing of financial documentation.
• Monitor incoming customer payments (WhatsApp/online bookings/cash) and cross-check against daily sales reports.
• Process vendor invoices, track accounts payable/receivable, and assist with month-end financial closing.
• Maintain clean paper and digital trails for audit and tax purposes.

Customer Service & Operations

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media DMs, email, and phone calls professionally.
• Assist clients with appointment bookings, rescheduling, and general treatment inquiries.
• Manage customer feedback, address service inquiries, and ensure a high satisfaction rating.
• Coordinate with the front desk and beauticians to ensure smooth daily client management.
• Perform general administrative and office support tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Education:* LCCI, Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.*
• Experience:* Fresh graduates or 1 year of experience in a combined Accounts/Admin/Customer Service role.*
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, Xero, or similar).
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage for client communication).
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Polite, patient, and customer-oriented attitude.
