We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Distribution Center to support the overall operations of our Distribution Center. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, strong team performance, accurate inventory control, and continuous improvement of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and oversee daily warehouse and distribution center operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Lead and develop the operations team, including manpower planning, performance monitoring, and staff development.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including performance analysis and operational insights.
• Manage and monitor inventory control, warehouse equipment, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to ensure operational readiness and efficiency.
• Ensure proper cost and expense management while maintaining operational productivity.
• Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to support business requirements and operational needs.
• Lead and supervise stock count exercises, including verification, reconciliation, and inventory accuracy control.
• Monitor and drive operational KPIs, while promoting company values, mission, and performance culture.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency within the Distribution Center.
• Perform ad-hoc operational tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
