Job Overview

We are looking for a versatile and creative Multimedia Designer to join our team. In this role, you will develop engaging visual content across static and video formats to support client campaigns, brand identities, and digital marketing strategies.

You will translate client briefs into compelling visuals—ranging from social media content and short-form videos to web assets and pitch decks—working closely with account managers, and performance marketers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visual & Digital Design

• Design high-impact visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, display ads and brand identity collaterals.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining visual consistency across platforms and campaigns.
• Collaborate with account managers and strategists to transform campaign briefs into compelling creative concepts.

2. Video Editing & Short-Form Content

• Edit short-form video content tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and digital ads.
• Produce motion graphics, title sequences, and graphic overlays for video projects.
• Handle basic audio editing, sound balancing, and color grading for video deliverables.

3. Creative Collaboration & Strategy

• Turn marketing briefs and campaign objectives into clear visual concepts and storyboards.
• Stay up to date with design trends, social media formats, video techniques, and creative technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience within a marketing, advertising, or digital agency environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (eg: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
• Familiarity with social media video trends, hook strategies, and platform-specific formatting.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST, as the role requires to liaise with Mandarin speaker clients.
