Mortgage Business Development

How You Succeed

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a deep understanding of our customers' needs and desires. You'll work closely with our sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth. You'll also need to stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure that our mortgage products remain competitive.

What You Do

  • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing business development strategies to drive mortgage sales growth
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and external partners
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with our product teams to develop innovative mortgage products that meet customer needs
  • Providing training and support to our sales teams to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business or finance
  • At least 3 years of experience in mortgage business development or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the mortgage market and competitor activity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
