• Greeting and welcoming patients as they arrive at the front desk
• Answering and addressing inquiries from patients
• Responding to questions and resolving complaints.
• Answering the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner and using proper telephone etiquette
• Registering new and existing patients, and updating patient demographics by collecting detailed information
• Scheduling appointments for new and follow-up patients based on consultant availability.
• Facilitating patient flow by notifying the provider of patients' arrivals, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff
• Calling patients to remind them of upcoming appointments and assisting them in scheduling appointments
• Responding to inquiries from patients, prospective patients, and visitors in a courteous manner
• Protecting patient confidentiality by ensuring that protected health information is secured, not leaving patient folders in plain sight, and logging off the computer before leaving it unattended.
• Keeping the front desk tidy and presentable at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
