Role Summary
To coordinate and support new outlet renovation and upgrading projects, ensuring all required drawings, authority submissions, approvals, permits, and project documentation are completed within the required timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with appointed architects, consultants, and runners for project drawings, documentation, and submission requirements.
- Follow up with architects on the preparation, revision, and completion of architectural and related drawings.
- Coordinate with architects and runners for BOMBA drawing preparation, submission, revisions, and approval.
- Coordinate and follow up on Local Council / PBT renovation permit applications, including document preparation and submission.
- Ensure all required drawings and supporting documents are complete and submitted to the relevant authorities within the targeted timeline.
- Follow up closely on authority comments, additional requirements, revisions, and resubmissions until approval is obtained.
- Maintain an updated tracker for drawings, submissions, approvals, permits, and project status.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, quotations, submissions, correspondence, approvals, and permits.
- Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and highlight any delays, issues, or outstanding requirements.
- Assist the Project Manager with other project coordination and ad-hoc tasks when required.
Qualification & Requirement
- Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in any relevant field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in the project sector is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Relevant experience in project coordination, renovation, construction, or administration is an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Willing to learn and work closely with architects, consultants, runners, and relevant authorities.
- Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
