Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and tender documents
• Take-off quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ)
• Monitor project costs and ensure works are within budget
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Evaluate quotations and manage procurement
• Keep proper records of all project-related documents

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Fresh graduates and interns are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of construction drawings and measurement
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD is an advantage
• Good analytical and communication skills
