This position is responsible for supporting our Process Automation team in automation activities, with a focus on the latest automation technologies and determining their applicability to current processes. The intern will gain hands-on experience in balancing the need for rapid deployment of automation solutions with the thorough testing and quality assurance of scripts and tools.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity in adapting to the dynamic nature of automation projects, which may require quick learning and application of new programming languages or tools.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automation scripts, primarily written in VBA and Power Automate, to automate routine tasks and processes.

• Assist in the coordination and execution of agile project activities to realize business process automation objectives.

• Work with automation systems and software, addressing routine automation errors as they arise.

• Document processes and procedures for future reference and to aid in the automation process.

• Contribute to process improvement programs, focusing on process mapping, automation, and operational efficiency.

• Interact with technical teams and business users to identify and share test information and procedures.

Job Requirement:

Education: Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Engineering.

Knowledge: Automation tools (Automation Anywhere A360, Uipath, Power Automate), Programming languages (VBA, Python, JavaScript) Process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean). Statistical software tools (Power BI).

Skills & Abilities: Strong analytical abilities, effective communication, attention to detail, adaptability, teamwork, proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
