Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or other related field OR Diploma with at least three (3) years of HR work experience OR SPM with at least five (5) years of HR related work experience.
Completed the HRDF Train the Trainer (TTT) program or equivalent certification from other recognized institutions.
Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions using various methods, including presentations, demonstrations, role-playing, simulations, and hands-on activities.
Develop, review, and update training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, job aids, and other learning resources.
Develop training curricula and learning paths based on different job roles, competencies, and skill levels.
Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of different departments and teams within the organization.
Utilize and manage the organization's Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver training, maintain training records, and track participants' progress.
Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and continuously enhance training content and delivery methods.
Incorporate appropriate technology, including e-learning platforms, virtual learning tools, and gamification, to enhance the overall training experience.
Conduct training on interpersonal skills, leadership, communication, time management, and other relevant soft skills.
Ensure training content and programs comply with applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.
Continuously enhance knowledge and skills in the field of Training and Development to support organizational learning needs.
Monitor and analyze training metrics, including participation rates, completion rates, and training effectiveness, and prepare reports for management.
Remain flexible and adaptable to organizational changes, including new processes, technologies, and strategic initiatives, and adjust training programs accordingly.
Coordinate and provide training for spare manpower to ensure workforce readiness and support production requirements.
Review and update training-related documents as necessary, ensuring proper document revision control and current revision status.
Ensure HR compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable Health, Safety, Environmental, and Social Governance (HSE/ESG) procedures and practices.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors from time to time.
