Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Analytics Specialist to support our recruitment and talent solutions operations in Singapore.

The successful candidate will analyse business, recruitment and market data to identify trends, measure performance and provide actionable insights to support business development, talent acquisition and operational decision-making. This role will work closely with recruitment consultants, management and internal teams across different functions and industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse recruitment, business and operational data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards and performance summaries for management and recruitment teams.
• Monitor key recruitment metrics, including candidate sourcing, applications, interviews, placements and conversion rates.
• Analyse recruitment pipeline and consultant performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Support market research and talent intelligence activities across different industries and job functions.
• Analyse candidate and client data to identify hiring trends, talent demand and market opportunities.
• Assist recruitment consultants with data-driven insights for candidate sourcing and business development activities.
• Maintain and update databases, reports and analytical records to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation and quality checks on recruitment and business information.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, reports and analytical tools.
• Assist in preparing market reports, salary insights and recruitment performance analysis.
• Identify inefficiencies in existing reporting processes and recommend improvements.
• Work with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into useful analytical outputs.
• Support the automation and improvement of recurring reports and data processes where applicable.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and prepare presentations or reports for management and business reviews.
• Perform other analytics, reporting and research-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Business, Finance, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting or a related role is preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, human resources, professional services or consulting environments will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and basic data analysis functions.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL or other analytics tools will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of data management, reporting and dashboard development.
• Able to interpret data and translate findings into clear and practical business recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive, responsible and comfortable working independently as well as within a team.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
