Medien Group is looking for a responsible and motivated Ground Sales Support Associate (SSA) to support our medical device and digital healthcare business growth.

This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy meeting people, supporting customers, visiting hospitals and clinics, and learning about healthcare solutions such as CPAP, BiPAP, ventilators, oxygen concentrators, portable oxygen concentrators, home sleep tests and Medien MaxTrack remote monitoring solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with the sales leader, outlet team, technical team and clinical support team to ensure proper customer follow-up, field execution and daily task reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development Support

Visit private hospitals, government hospitals, clinics, GP clinics, pharmacies and healthcare partners.

Support business development activities for Medien MaxTrack, CPAP trial, home sleep test and respiratory care solutions.

Assist in lead generation, appointment arrangement, customer follow-up and partner relationship building.

Support doctors, nurses, clinic staff and referral partners with basic product and solution information.


Customer & Patient Support

Assist customers with enquiries related to CPAP, BiPAP, ventilators, oxygen concentrators and portable oxygen concentrators.

Support CPAP trial arrangement, home sleep test coordination and MaxTrack monitoring setup.

Guide customers on basic device usage, mask fitting and troubleshooting.

Escalate technical, clinical or service issues to the correct internal team.


Daily Planning & Reporting

Plan weekly field activities and update daily tasks in the company SSA Tracker / #SSAT.

Submit daily KPI updates, customer follow-up status and field visit reports.

Clock in and clock out using company HR system according to company policy.

Follow leader instructions, SOP, HR compliance and company reporting discipline.


Documentation & Coordination

Assist with customer documents, device reimbursement application and patient support records.

Coordinate with admin, technical support, outlet and sales team when required.

Ensure all task updates and customer information are recorded properly.

Requirements

Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Experience in healthcare, medical device, sales support, customer service, pharmacy or field sales is an advantage.

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin or local dialect is an added advantage.

Must possess own transport and valid driving license.

Willing to travel for hospital, clinic, outlet and customer visits.

Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheet, mobile apps and digital reporting tools.

Responsible, punctual, disciplined and willing to follow SOP.

Willing to learn respiratory care products and digital healthcare solutions.
