岗位职责

Job Description:

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparing materials and coordinating schedules.
  • Assist in Employment Pass and S Pass applications, renewals, and other MOM-related matters.
  • Liaise with local government agencies (e.g. MOM, CPF Board) and internal stakeholders on HR-related matters.
  • Support HR administration, including maintaining HR databases, personnel files, and HR systems.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities and HR projects.
  • Prepare HR reports and support ad-hoc HR assignments.

Qualification:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior HR internship experience is a plus.
