software solutions form Microsoft to business of all sizes. We are currently looking for a

Junior Software Functional Specialist to join our team and help us in delivering high quality

software services to our clients. As Junior Software Functional Specialist, you

will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated of creating innovative software that

meet the needs of our clients.

Supporting our software applications are ensuring that they are running smoothly. You

will work closely with senior members of our team to learn the ins and outs of our software solutions, and assist in the functional specification design, testing, and implementation of new software features. You will also provide functional support to our clients, assisting them in resolving any issues that may arise with our software during and post project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementing new software solutions for clients
2. Provide functional support to clients using our ERP software solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Navision platforms.
3. Work closely with clients to understand their unique business requirements and develop and build solutions to meet their needs.
4. Conduct training sessions to ensure that clients are properly trained on the use of our ERP software solutions.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and escalate issued to higher-level technical support when necessary.
6. Stay up to date on the latest software updates and industry trends related to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Navision platforms.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, application, technical and support teams, to ensure that client need are met.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Analytical/ Software Engineering/Computer Science/ Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. At least 3 years of experience in ERP software application support, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Navision platforms.
3. Strong understanding of ERP software, business processes, and workflows.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
