Account Executive

Flora Sentosa Services Sdn. Bhd

Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Accounting

• Handle the full set of account, including General Ledger (GL), Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR) and Fixed Asset.
• Perform month-end and end year end closing procedure accurately and within stipulated deadliness.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepayments and adjustments.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare timely monthly management reports, profit & loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
• Conduct monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Perform variance analysis and provide insightful commentary on financial performance .
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecast.

Compliance & Audits

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary for annual audits, tax filings (Corporate Income Tax, GST/VAT), and statutory submissions.
• Maintain proper and organized documentation for all financial transactions and audits.
• Renew licenses (MOF, Bumiputera Status)

Operational Tasks

• Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records of fixed assets and depreciation.
• Support process improvements and system enhancements for finance function.

Requirement :

• Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy, ACCA or any other related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years in accounting; knowledge of full set accounts
• Proficiency in AutoCount, advanced MS Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs) and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Strong communication, organizational skills and teamwork

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
