About the Job
Cult Creative is building the martech behind the creator economy in Southeast Asia. We're looking for a mid-level Product Manager to help us turn creators, clients & CS problems into products people actually rely on.
About the Role
You'll take full ownership of a product or a substantial feature — from in-depth research and roadmap prioritisation through to launch and the KPIs that follow. You'll oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch, working to optimise the experience and drive real product-market fit. You'll sit at the center of the business, running point between stakeholders, development, and design so nothing gets lost in translation.
What You'll Do
- Align the product roadmap with company goals, keeping an eye on market and creator-economy trends
- Dig into user and customer feedback and usage data to find the real problem, not just the reported one
- Write clear user stories and product requirements, and prioritise what gets built next
- Collaborate with engineering and design to define requirements and manage features from concept to launch
- Use data to evaluate whether a feature actually worked, and iterate when it didn't
- Lead product launches — coordinating with marketing and CS so adoption doesn't stall after ship day
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to get buy-in on the product vision
About You
- 2–4 years of experience as a PM, ideally at a startup or fast-moving product team
- Analytical, and genuinely energised by breaking a messy problem down into something solvable
- Articulate — able to communicate clearly in writing and in a room, because half this job is getting others to see the problem the way you do
- Comfortable moving between technical specs and non-technical stakeholders in the same day
- Bonus: drawn to the creator economy, excited to solve problems alongside creators and clients rather than just for them
