Are you someone who is observant, analytical and confident in handling security matters and investigations?

As an Executive, Loss Prevention & Security (LPS), you will play a key role in protecting our people, products, assets and operations across the Distribution Centre.

You will be responsible for identifying risks, preventing losses and ensuring that security controls are effectively implemented.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and monitor Distribution Centre security operations, including access control, CCTV, visitor/contractor management and security personnel.
• Conduct investigation into stock loss, theft, damage, suspicious activities and security incidents.
• Identify security vulnerabilities and implement Loss Prevention initiatives to minimise operational and inventory losses.
• Conduct incident investigation, evidence gathering, fact finding and preparation of investigation reports.
• Monitor compliance with security procedures, SOPs and internal controls.
• Work closely with Warehouse, Operations, HR and other departments to identify potential risks and strengthen preventive measures.
• Liaise and coordinate with Police, Local Authorities, Enforcement Agencies and other relevant parties when required.
• Conduct regular security inspections, risk assessments and compliance checks within the Distribution Centre.
• Monitor and analyse security incidents, trends and recurring losses, and propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage security-related documentation, reports and records for management review.
• Support emergency response, crisis management and other security-related matters when required.

You should have:

• Diploma / Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Risk Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Relevant experience in warehouse security, loss prevention, investigation, security operations or enforcement.
• Experience dealing with Police, Local Authorities or Government Enforcement Agencies will be an advantage.
• Strong investigation and analytical skills with the ability to identify facts, connect information and determine root causes.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory movement and security controls.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and handle confidential and sensitive matters professionally.
• Willing to conduct site inspections and respond to security incidents when required.
