Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of tenders, cost estimates, and bid documents;
• Collect and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations;
• Conduct quantity take-offs and basic cost analyses from drawings;
• Compile technical and commercial documents for submission;
• Maintain tender tracking, vendor databases, and cost records;
• Assist in preparing progress claims, variation orders (VO), and cost reports;
• Support in verifying subcontractor claims and quotations;
• Collect site data and measurement records for valuation purposes;
• Maintain contract documentation, VO logs, and correspondence records;
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams on contract-related matters;
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, and client contractual obligations;
• To perform any additional task that is assigned by Management as and when required.

Qualification/Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree holder or higher in any field of Engineering; Construction Management or related field;
• Possess at least 2 years of working experience in the construction site or related experience in quantity surveying would be an added advantage;
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to assigned project site within Malaysia;
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia - Writing and speaking;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
