Key Responsibilities
- Conduct basic screening and observations to identify students’ learning needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEP).
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials based on students’ abilities.
- Conduct one-to-one and small group teaching sessions.
- Implement behaviour management strategies.
- Track and document students’ progress regularly.
- Prepare progress reports for parents.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development.
- Collaborate with therapists, teachers, and management team.
- Maintain classroom organization and ensure student safety.
- Participate in staff meetings, case discussions, and training programs.
- To carry out any other tasks entrusted by Management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Special Needs Education, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training, or equivalent.
- Fresh grad are welcome to apply.
- Must have a compassionate and positive attitude ability to work constructively as part of a team, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities and own position with these roles and be able to enthuse and inspire children

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
