Marketing Clerk

QM Assist Resources is looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Clerk to join our team in Tangkak, Johor.

The successful candidate will assist with daily marketing activities, social media content, customer communication and administrative tasks. The position is suitable for someone who is confident, creative, willing to learn and comfortable appearing in social media content and TikTok LIVE.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the company's social media platforms.
• Create simple marketing content for Facebook, TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Participate in TikTok LIVE sessions and assist with daily live content.
• Record and edit simple videos for marketing purposes.
• Prepare promotional materials, captions and basic marketing content.
• Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp and social media.
• Assist with daily administrative and marketing tasks.
• Take photos and videos of company products, services and activities.
• Assist the team in preparing promotional campaigns and advertisements.
• Perform other duties related to marketing and administration as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Comfortable using social media platforms such as Facebook and TikTok.
• Confident and comfortable appearing in videos and TikTok LIVE.
• Creative, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Marketing or social media experience is an advantage, but fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Tangkak, Johor.
