1. Position Overview

The Takaful Advisor is responsible for educating individuals and families on financial protection through Takaful solutions, providing professional consultation and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through online and offline channels.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend suitable Takaful solutions.
• Explain Takaful products, benefits and policy coverage clearly.
• Assist customers with applications, documentation and policy servicing.
• Provide after-sales service and claims assistance.
• Achieve sales targets and participate in company marketing activities.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Attend training programmes and continuously improve product knowledge.
