Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain production-related documents and records.
• Update daily production reports and production schedules.
• Record production output, material usage and job status.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, Purchasing and other departments.
• Prepare and issue production paperwork, job orders and related documents.
• Assist in monitoring production progress and delivery schedules.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation.
• Perform data entry and update information in Excel/system.
• Assist the Production Manager and Supervisor with administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and responsible.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
