About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Consultant to join our growing fitness team.

You will be responsible for helping potential members discover the right membership and fitness solutions for their goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from walk-in, phone, WhatsApp and social media leads
• Conduct gym tours and introduce potential members to our facilities and classes
• Understand customers' fitness goals and recommend suitable memberships, classes or personal training
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into memberships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain good relationships with existing members and encourage membership renewals
• Assist with membership promotions, events and gym activities
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Work closely with the operations and marketing team to support sales campaigns

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage
• Experience in the fitness industry is a plus, but not essential
• Confident, outgoing and comfortable speaking with people
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, positive and target-oriented
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media and basic computer applications
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required
