Control Room Executive

Location: Ipoh, Perak
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, observant, and proactive individual to join our Control Room team at Pasaraya SAVE. As a Control Room Executive, you will monitor daily outlet operations, coordinate with multiple departments, follow up on operational issues, and ensure company SOPs are followed.

This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations of retail outlets.
• Follow up with outlets on daily reports and pending tasks.
• Monitor CCTV footage and investigate operational incidents when required.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with outlets and internal departments to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Good observation and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, patient, and detail-oriented.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing to work rotating shifts (Morning & Evening).
