Key Responsibilities

• Deliver goods, products, and materials to customers and designated locations according to the delivery schedule.
• Collect goods, documents, or materials from suppliers, customers, and other locations when required.
• Ensure all deliveries are handled safely and in good condition.
• Check delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and other relevant documents before and after delivery.
• Obtain customer acknowledgement, signature, or proof of delivery (POD) for completed deliveries.
• Perform basic inspection of the vehicle before each trip and report any defects or maintenance issues.
• Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, secure, and in good operating condition.
• Plan delivery routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries.
• Comply with traffic laws, road safety requirements, and company driving policies.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods when required, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, deliveries, collections, and vehicle-related activities.
• Report delivery issues, delays, damaged goods, shortages, or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
• Ensure all goods and documents are properly secured during transportation.
• Support warehouse and logistics operations when required.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / equivalent qualification.
• Possess a valid Malaysian GDL driving licence, class D or E
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a delivery, lorry, van, or distribution driver is preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, freight, or distribution operations will be an advantage.
• Familiar with roads and locations within Klang Valley and other assigned delivery areas.
• Able to use Google Maps/Waze and basic mobile applications for delivery coordination.
• Physically fit and able to perform loading and unloading activities.
• Able to read and understand Delivery Orders, invoices, packing lists, and basic delivery instructions.
• Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
• Good communication skills and customer service attitude.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple deliveries according to the daily schedule.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required by operational needs.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
