Core Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Duties
- Perform daily accounting data entry, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), using the AutoCount system.
- Issue invoices, delivery orders, and process payments and collections.
- Assist in preparing full sets of accounts, monthly financial reports, and bank reconciliations.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities when required.
Corporate Compliance & Certificate Renewals
- Track and manage the renewal timelines for company registrations and professional certifications.
- Prepare and process documentation for CIDB (Construction Industry Development Board) registrations and Contractor Cards.
- Handle applications, renewals, and correspondence for ST (Suruhanjaya Tenaga / Energy Commission) licenses and permits.
- Ensure all statutory documentation is filed correctly and stays compliant with local regulations.
General Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administrative duties including filing, documentation, and answering correspondence.
- Coordinate office supplies, manage incoming/outgoing mails, and maintain an organized filing system.
- Assist in human resource administrative tasks such as employee leave tracking and payroll support if required.
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in accounting, administration, or a similar capacity.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in using AutoCount accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
- Licensing Knowledge: Familiarity with local authority renewals (specifically CIDB, ST, or local municipal licenses) is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: From RM2,600.00 per month
