• Manage and optimize online stores across platforms/marketplaces and company website
• Create and update product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory information
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
• Monitor performance, sales trends, and competitor activities
• Plan and execute online campaigns, platform promotions, and mega sale activities
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS
• Manage social media content planning, posting schedules, and community engagement
• Work with designers, influencers, content creators, and agencies to produce engaging content
• Optimize advertising campaigns to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, marketplace dashboards, and other tools

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
