Sembcorp Specialised Construction, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries, provides design and build services with an in-house multidisciplinary consultancy. Specialising in building, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects, we deliver innovative and efficient solutions to meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and management of BIM models for building and infrastructure projects.
• Work with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM software to create and update digital models.
• Support engineers and architects in clash detection, coordination, and visualization of project designs.
• Assist in the preparation of drawings, schedules, and documentation for project planning and execution.
• Conduct model audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM workflows.
• Research and implement best practices in digital construction and automation.
• Assist in organizing and managing project data within Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Background in BIM Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of BIM concepts, 3D modeling, and digital construction workflows.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Due to the sensitive nature of the project, only Singaporean candidates will be considered
