Responsibility

• Oversee construction work.
• Undertake surveys and set out sites.
• Check technical designs and drawings for accuracy and adherence.
• Ensure project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets, and/or timescales.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, local authority employees, architects, and other professionals, particularly quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.
• Provide technical advice and solve problems on-site.
• Prepare site reports and log progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Project Management
• Fresh graduate or 2-3 years of experience in the Construction Industry
• Experience in factory, warehouse, and fast-track projects are added advantages
• Computer skills eg. AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingn to travel outstation

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
