We are looking for a creative and self-driven Freelance TikTok Content Creator to take on a 30-day independent service engagement for an existing TikTok account.

This is not a permanent employment position. We are looking for an independent creator who is confident in creating original TikTok content and growing organic reach.

The Opportunity

Service Fee: RM1,500 for 30 days

During the 30-day engagement, you will be expected to:

• Create a minimum of 15 original TikTok videos
• Target a combined total of 50,000 organic video views
• Develop and execute your own content strategy
• Shoot, edit and publish the content
• Experiment with different content formats, hooks and creative approaches
• Analyse content performance and adjust your strategy accordingly

No paid advertising budget will be provided. The campaign is 100% organic.

You are free to determine your own:

• Content strategy
• Video concepts
• Shooting style
• Editing approach
• Posting schedule
• Working method

We provide the objective. You determine how to achieve it.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Understands how TikTok organic content works
• Knows how to create content that captures attention
• Can produce original and engaging short-form videos
• Is comfortable working independently
• Is creative, proactive and self-driven
• Can make decisions without requiring daily instructions
• Has previous experience creating TikTok or short-form content
• Has a portfolio, previous results or examples of content that you have created

Experience in generating strong organic reach or business results through TikTok content will be an advantage.

Important

• This is an independent service engagement, not a salaried employment position.

You will be responsible for your own:

• Equipment
• Smartphone/camera
• Computer
• Internet connection
• Editing software
• Other tools required to produce the content

There are no fixed working hours and you are responsible for determining your own working method and schedule, subject to the agreed deliverables and requirements.

Additional videos beyond the minimum requirement may be produced at your discretion. There is no additional service fee for videos beyond the agreed minimum.

TikTok Account

• The content will be published on an existing company TikTok account.
• Limited access will be provided for the purpose of performing the agreed services. Account credentials, business information, audience data and other account-related information remain confidential and may only be used for the agreed service.

What We Value

• We are not looking for someone who simply wants to complete 15 videos.
• We are looking for someone who understands:

Future Opportunities

• This is initially a 30-day engagement.
• Completion of the initial engagement does not automatically guarantee renewal. Future opportunities may be considered based on overall performance, content quality, consistency, audience growth, engagement, traffic, business results and the company's future requirements.
• The company may independently decide whether to offer a separate future engagement based on business needs and overall performance, including content quality, consistency, audience growth, engagement, traffic and business results. Any such future engagement would be subject to a new and separate agreement.

Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
