Receive & Inspect: Verify all incoming raw materials, parts, and consumables against Delivery Orders (DO) and Purchase Orders (PO) to ensure correct quantity and quality.
Inventory Control: Perform daily material issuance to production lines based on approved requisitions, ensuring accurate data entry into the inventory system.
Stock Optimization: Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock take activities to maintain 100% inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
Warehouse Organization: Organize, label, and safely store parts in designated locations to optimize space utilization and ensure quick retrieval.
Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with company Safety, Health, and Environment standards.
Documentation Management: File and maintain all warehouse records, including receiving logs, delivery notes, and stock card updates, systematically.
Education: Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent qualification. Degree or Diploma in any related field is an added advantage.
Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in a warehouse, storekeeping, or manufacturing environment (experience in electronic manufacturing is highly preferred).
Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Excel or inventory management systems.
