About the Role

Join a dynamic regional air freight team where you'll play a key role in shaping competitive logistics solutions for customers across global markets. You'll work closely with commercial teams, overseas stations, customers and airlines to develop pricing strategies, analyze market trends, and deliver winning freight solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

Drive Winning Pricing Solutions

• Support the execution of air freight pricing strategies that maximize business opportunities and profitability.
• Prepare competitive quotations for customers, RFQs, tenders, and network opportunities.
• Perform pricing analysis to improve quotation success rates and identify growth opportunities.
• Compare carrier options, transit times, and costs to develop the most suitable logistics solutions.

Market Intelligence & Analytics

• Monitor market trends, airline developments, capacity changes, and trade lane movements.
• Maintain and update pricing databases, tariffs, and rate management tools to ensure pricing accuracy.
• Analyze data and customer requirements to support informed commercial decisions.
• Identify pricing trends and recommend improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency.

Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, operations, airlines, and regional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Respond to pricing enquiries promptly and professionally to support business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers ,internal stakeholders, and airlines.
• Support negotiations with airline partners to secure competitive rates and service commitments.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Identify recurring challenges and propose process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Explore new logistics solutions, products, services, and trade lane opportunities.
• Contribute ideas that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and commercial competitiveness.

Tender & Project Support

• Assist in preparing professional tender submissions and commercial proposals.
• Gather market intelligence and operational input to support strategic bids and customer projects.
• Ensure all pricing documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Curious mindset with an interest in global trade, aviation, and logistics.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and pricing tools (Microsoft Excel, Power Bi)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
