Job Position: Logistics Procurement Specialist / Executive

Job Purpose:
Seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Logistics Procurement professional to manage our end-to-end logistics sourcing activities. Candidate will be responsible for driving cost efficiency, expanding vendor network, and ensuring high service quality across all logistics service providers (LSPs).

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Procurement: Manage full lifecycle logistics procurement activities utilizing the Cello system.

2. Vendor & Commercial Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations with LSPs to optimize cost efficiency and maximize service quality.

3. Pool Expansion: Strategic sourcing to identify, evaluate, and expand a competitive and reliable LSP vendor pool.

4. Performance Management: Monitor, analyze, and evaluate LSP performance against defined KPIs, cost metrics, and service level agreements (SLAs).

5. Compliance & Governance: Ensure all procurement processes strictly comply with internal corporate policies and system workflows.

6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Review procurement requests with internal stakeholders to clarify technical and feasibility requirements.

7. Market Intelligence: Provide stakeholders with accurate, timely quotations, lead times, and actionable logistics market insights.

8. Timeline Management: Manage and execute multiple procurement projects simultaneously to ensure delivery within strict corporate timelines.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience specifically in logistics procurement or freight forwarding sourcing.

Negotiation Skills: Strong track record of successful commercial negotiations and vendor management.

Analytical Skills: Excellent data analysis capabilities with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
