Responsibilities

Creative Production

• Shape raw footage into clear narratives by selecting shots, trimming, and arranging sequences for emotional and visual impact.
• Create social-ready edits that match each platform's format and audience, keeping brand tone consistent across projects.

Post-Production & Technical

• Handle color grading, audio balancing, and basic motion graphics to deliver polished final videos that meet technical specs.
• Export masters and platform-specific files, manage codecs and versions, and maintain an organised project and asset library.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work with directors, producers, and clients to incorporate feedback and complete revisions within agreed timelines.
• Own handoffs and version control, ensuring timely delivery of final assets for campaigns and uploads.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Approximately 2 years of professional video editing experience, ideally in an agency, studio, or in-house creative team.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating short-form and branded work across social or web platforms.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proficient in DaVinci Resolve (Video Editing Software), Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Practical knowledge of color grading, basic motion graphics, audio cleanup, and common delivery codecs and formats.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Communicate clearly with team members and clients, and respond constructively to revision requests.
• Manage time effectively under tight deadlines, and show strong attention to detail in every deliverable.
