Responsible for the monitoring and controlling of health and safety compliance and related rules and regulations in our organization. To promotes safety awareness among employees in a workplace, advises the management on associated laws and regulations, prepares safety policies and trains the employees on safety and health related issues. To maintains the health and safety records of the organization and analyze data for decision making process by the management.
1. Handle all soiled linens of the resort. Ensure proper sorting before washing process.
2. Handle guest laundry as required. Be very careful on the fabric material to ensure proper washing treatment and avoid damaging the fabric.
3. Wash all linen according to the standard and guidelines. Be aware of usage of detergent, softener and other chemical.
4. Well verse in the operation of washing and drying machines.
5. Coordinate with maintenance department or service provider in service maintenance of all machineries.
6. Ensure water filter is replaced according to schedule provided.
7. Sort and arrange all clean linen neatly. Segregate the linen as per request by Rooms Attendants and other relevant departments.
8. Carry out all public areas cleaning based on daily assignment and schedule issued by the Supervisor.
9. Ensure all cleaning processes are completed within the time frame given. Any challenges in cleaning any area must be reported immediately to the attention of the Rooms Supervisor.
10. Ensure all cleaning work is carried out according to the standard operating procedures, including the usage of cleaning tools and equipment.
11. Clean, care and service all cleaning equipment and tools based on schedule provided.
12. Carry out various scheduled project or special project as assigned.
13. Minimize guest inconveniences while carrying out duties in public areas.

1. Stay focused on the resort’s Vision and ensuring all tasks carried out are in accordance to the resort’s established Mission Statement.
2. Carry out purchasing process from appointed suppliers or sources. Ensure products met the minimum quality and specification required by the resort.
3. Handle receiving process of all items delivered by the suppliers.
4. Conduct inspection of items received. Any discrepancy or below quality items must be reported immediately to the supplier and Purchasing Officer for next course of action.
5. Maintain a highest integrity level in dealing with suppliers.
6. Maintain proper storage facility and procedures at Kuala Besut transit station.
7. Meet all purchases deadlines by prioritize and proper planning of the purchasing procedures.
8. Ensure all records are properly updated, including purchase requisition, purchase order, delivery order and invoices.
9. Record item movement within the transit station in respective bin card promptly and accurately.
10. Maintain a copy of operating manual provided for each type of machinery, tool or equipment.
Check and verify all transactions carried out within the resort for the day. Ensure all postings made are correct. Any adjustment must be corrected promptly with justification and authorization as per established policy.
Ensure all postings in general ledger are accurate.
Assist in conducting inventory activities as per established policy.
Assist the Accounts Officer in preparing monthly report.
Maintain a proper and updated filing system and accounting documents for the entire accounts department.
Participate in all auditing activities, both internal and external audit.
Ensure confidential records and data are securely kept at all times.
Assist outlet personnel in handling cashier when the need arises.
