 What We're Looking For

You are someone who:

• Loves working with children. Their energy, curiosity, and growth inspire you. You genuinely enjoy being on the floor, engaging with kids and parents, and making every interaction joyful and meaningful.
• Is positive and energetic. You bring enthusiasm to everything you do. Your energy is contagious, and you make others smile.
• Has a relevant background. Experience in sports coaching, gymnastics, physical education, teaching, child development, play therapy, or working with children is highly desirable. You understand how children learn, move, and grow.
• Has great communication skills. You speak fluent English (must). Proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus and will help you connect with more families.
• Is a team player. You collaborate well with others and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Is willing to work weekends. We're a kids' business, and weekends are when we shine! You'll also get 2 guaranteed days off per week.
• Is adaptable and flexible. You're comfortable working with children of all ages and abilities, including those with special needs.

You'll teach fun, age-appropriate gymnastics and movement-based classes, engage with families, and help create a welcoming, positive, and safe environment where children thrive. No two days are the same, and you'll never be bored!

As a Team Member at The Little Gym, you will:

• Class Instruction - Teach and lead fun, age-appropriate gymnastics & movement-based classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years. Every class is an opportunity to inspire confidence and build skills. 
•  Member Engagement - Engage with children and parents to create a welcoming, positive, and safe environment. Build relationships that keep families coming back week after week. 
•  Class Preparation - Assist with class preparation, set-up, and clean-up. Ensure every class is ready to go and runs smoothly. 
•  Events & Activities - Support events, birthday parties, and seasonal activities. Bring your energy and creativity to every special occasion. 
•  Gym Operations - Help with day-to-day gym operations, including front desk duties and membership support. Be part of the team that keeps the gym running like clockwork. 
•  Energy & Enthusiasm - Bring energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to every class and activity. You're not just teaching—you're creating memories and building confidence in young children.
