Job Description

We require an organised, detail-oriented administrative personnel who believes in making learning a fun, meaningful and memorable experience for learners! A centre admin at PlayHub is required to work 5 days a week, including 1 weekend (Sat/Sun) with Thursdays and 1 weekend off.

Career Requirements

• Diploma, equivalent or above in any relevant field
• Detail-oriented
• Well-organised
• Adept with using work platforms and basic Office kits (word, excel, etc.)
• Able to work in a team

A centre admin at PlayHub is expected to:

• Support centre management team in day-to-day centre operations
• Oversee intake of students during class hours
• Support in relaying information and communication with teachers
• Manage back-end related desk work including updating student attendance, preparing books and materials to be returned to parents, etc.
