About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable, hands-on, and self-driven Full Stack Engineer (Backend, Mobile & AI Solutions) to join our growing technology team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our healthcare technology ecosystem, including a healthcare consultation platform currently being built and deployed for our clients. This individual will also support the development of future digital products and business applications beyond the healthcare industry as the company expands.

This is not a maintenance or support developer role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, build systems from scratch, architect scalable solutions, collaborate effectively with team members, and leverage modern technologies including AI to accelerate innovation.

The ideal candidate is highly independent, resourceful, accountable, and passionate about developing high-quality software products that create real business value.

Key Responsibilities

Software Architecture & System Design

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions from the ground up.
• Define application architecture, technical standards, and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools to support business objectives.
• Ensure system scalability, maintainability, security, and reliability.

Backend Development

• Develop and maintain robust backend services and APIs.
• Design and optimize database structures and system integrations.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security controls.
• Build and support microservices and enterprise-grade applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Mobile Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for:
• iOS
• Android
• Huawei AppGallery ecosystem
• Ensure seamless user experience across different devices and operating systems.
• Manage application deployment, updates, and performance optimization.

API & System Integration

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integration services.
• Integrate with third-party applications, healthcare systems, payment gateways, and external platforms.
• Build connectivity between mobile apps, backend systems, and external services.
• Ensure efficient data synchronization and interoperability across platforms.

Product Development & Innovation

• Work closely with management and business stakeholders to transform ideas into functional products.
• Participate in product planning, solution design, and technology roadmaps.
• Build new features, modules, and applications based on business requirements.
• Support future software initiatives both within and outside the healthcare industry.

AI & Emerging Technologies

• Utilize AI tools and technologies to improve software development productivity.
• Explore opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into products and business processes.
• Evaluate and implement AI-powered solutions where beneficial.
• Stay updated with emerging technology trends and industry best practices.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with other developers, project teams, designers, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution planning sessions.
• Share technical knowledge and contribute to team growth.
• Collaborate effectively while maintaining ownership of assigned deliverables.

Maintenance & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor application performance and system health.
• Identify and implement improvements for reliability, scalability, and user experience.
• Resolve bugs, incidents, and production issues promptly.
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience building and delivering applications from scratch.
• Experience with enterprise-level backend application development.
• Experience developing mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Experience integrating multiple systems, APIs, and third-party services.
• Experience deploying and supporting production applications.

Technical Requirements

Backend Development

Strong proficiency in one or more of the following:

Database Technologies

Experience with:

API Development

Knowledge of:

Mobile Development

Experience in one or more:

• Flutter

Familiarity with:

• Git

System Integration

• Experience connecting and integrating various applications and platforms.
• Knowledge of application interoperability and data exchange mechanisms.
• Understanding of mobile-to-backend and third-party system connectivity.
