Job Description

• Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and within the required timeline, including salary, overtime, allowances, claims, deductions, incentives and other payments.
• Prepare and verify payroll inputs by monitoring employee attendance, leave, overtime, unpaid leave and other attendance-related records through the Time Management System (TMS).
• Handle and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions and deductions, including EPF/KWSP, SOCSO/PERKESO, EIS and PCB/LHDN.
• Maintain and regularly update employee payroll records and HRIS/payroll system data, ensuring all information is accurate and properly maintained.
• Prepare and distribute monthly payslips and payroll reports, as well as perform payroll reconciliation and verification to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle payroll-related enquiries from employees and provide support on salary, deductions, overtime, allowances, statutory contributions and other payroll matters.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with company policies, statutory requirements and applicable employment regulations, while maintaining confidentiality and supporting other HR/payroll-related tasks as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Payroll or Human Resources, preferably within the F&B, retail or fast-paced service industry.
• Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and Malaysian employment requirements.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to manage high-volume recruitment and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with payroll systems and HRIS.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
