As a Full-Time Barista at Cong Caphe, you are the face of our café and play an important role in delivering an authentic Vietnamese coffee experience. You will be responsible for brewing coffee using traditional phin (drip) methods, preparing beverages, and providing friendly and efficient service to customers. We are looking for individuals who enjoy hands-on coffee preparation, can work in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to maintaining high service and quality standards.Key Responsibilities

• Brew Vietnamese coffee daily using phin (drip) brewing methods according to Cong Caphe standards.
• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages consistently and accurately.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with orders in a professional manner.
• Operate POS systems and handle transactions correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the brewing area, counter, equipment, and seating area.
• Ensure order accuracy and timely service, especially during peak hours.
• Support daily café operations, including stock checking, preparation, and restocking.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs.
• Work closely with team members to create a welcoming and efficient café environment.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Only for Malaysian only.
• F&B experience is an advantage, but not mandatory (training will be provided).
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Friendly, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Interest in coffee, especially manual brewing methods, and customer service.
