• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Ariba application issues.
• Monitor system performance and support business-critical processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Document solutions, best practices, and support procedures.
• Act as an SAP Ariba subject matter expert and contribute to team success.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in SAP Ariba
• Experience with SAP Ariba Contracts
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba Supplier Management
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba Supplier Risk
• Experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
